Laura attended Westover School in Middlebury, Connecticut, and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from Boston University. She graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she sat on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Honor Society, worked as a guardian ad litem through the Civil Justice Clinic, and volunteered for the Public Interest Law Project. Laura is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Laura is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section.
Prior to joining Jaconetta, Burnham & Wimer, LLC, Laura was a litigation associate with Yamin & Grant, LLC. She also served as a temporary assistant clerk at the New Britain Superior Court. Laura lives in Glastonbury with her husband, Brad, and their dog, Belle.
