Anne is a partner at Burnham, Capon & Wimer, LLC.  Her practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and elder law.  Anne advises clients with a broad range of goals including: tax efficient methods of transferring their assets during life and at death; generational wealth transfers; and planning for disabled beneficiaries.

Anne has over twenty-five years’ experience as an attorney. Prior to joining Burnham, Capon & Wimer, Anne was an associate at Berman, Bourns, Aaron & Dembo, in West Hartford.  Anne also served as the staff attorney for the West Hartford Probate Court from 1997 through 1998. 

Anne lives with her spouse and children in Chaplin, Connecticut in an antique home that has been in her spouse’s family for generations.  The grounds include a beautiful barn where her spouse’s band sometimes hosts concerts. Anne has been active in local government, including serving on her town’s Board of Education for eight years.

Kayaking, hiking, biking, reading, sewing, cooking and tackling home improvement projects
