Dave is a partner at Burnham, Capon & Wimer, LLC, concentrating in the areas of real estate law, business planning and transactions, and fiduciary income tax return preparation. Since joining our Firm in 1998, he has represented individuals, businesses, and various lending institutions in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has also represented clients in the formation of new businesses, as well as the purchase and sale of existing businesses. In addition, Dave assists our Firm’s estate administration team in the preparation of fiduciary income tax returns, complex trust accountings and gift tax returns.
Prior to practicing law, Dave enjoyed a career utilizing his accounting aptitude in both the consumer electronics and insurance industries.
Dave lives in Bolton with his wife, Nancy, and has two adult children, Emily and Evan.
